Positions, Processes & Project Experience
Extensive multi-process welding experience and qualifications across pipe, structural, common-metal, and specialty-alloy applications. Pipe-welding experience includes commercial, marine and industrial environments, including chemical plants and oil refineries, with project work that has involved radiographic (X-ray) inspection requirements. The lead welder has also performed specially qualified work in multiple U.S. states.
Specific certifications and qualification records are available on request as documentation is finalized.

TIG, Stick, and FCAW for Pipe
The right process depends on the material, wall thickness, position, and application — commonly TIG (GTAW) for root passes and precision work, Stick (SMAW) and Flux-Cored (FCAW) for structural and higher-deposition pipe welding.
